1. Eligibility for Returns
Timeframe: You have 6 days from the date of delivery to return your t-shirt.
Condition: The t-shirt must be in its original condition—unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.
Receipt: A proof of purchase or order number is required for all returns.
2. How to Initiate a Return
Contact Us: Email our customer service team at support@theunitedesigns.com with your order number and reason for return.
Return Authorization: Our team will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions on how to return the item.
Packaging: Please pack the t-shirt securely to avoid damage during transit. Include the RA number on the return package.
3. Return Shipping Costs
Return Shipping: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the T-shirt was defective or there was an error with your order.
Prepaid Label: In cases of defective items or errors, we will provide a prepaid return label.
4. Exchanges
If you would like to exchange your t-shirt for a different size or design, please contact us to check availability. If the new t-shirt is of equal or greater value, we will process the exchange and cover the shipping costs.
5. Non-Returnable Items
Final Sale: Items marked as final sale or clearance are not eligible for return or exchange.
Custom Orders: Custom or personalized t-shirts cannot be returned or exchanged.
6. Defective or Incorrect Items
Defective Items: If your product is defective or damaged upon arrival, please contact us within 6 days of delivery for replacement.
Incorrect Items: If you receive the wrong t-shirt, let us know within 6 days, and we will arrange for a replacement at no additional cost to you.
